Компиляция исходного кода веб-сервера Apache — это всегда весело.
Очень редко Apache компилируется при первом запуске на совершенно новом сервере.
Дело в том, что для этого требуется много предварительных условий, и если какой-либо из них отсутствует или совместимость версий, вам, возможно, придется потратить много времени на их исправление.

Решение
Изучив различные параметры, я заметил, что это происходит, когда у вас более ранняя версия apr-util, чем 1.4.1.
- Проверьте версию apr-util. Если вы найдете более низкую версию, то вы должны установить версию 1.4.1 или выше.
- Загрузите исходный код apr-util с http://mirror.nus.edu.sg/apache/apr/
- Извлеките загруженный файл
Скомпилируйте и установите следующим образом
./configure make make install
По умолчанию он будет установлен в /usr/local/apr/bin/apu-1-config.
Теперь вы можете скомпилировать apache с недавно установленной утилитой apr-util, и все должно быть в порядке.
./configure --with-apr-util=/usr/local/apr/bin/apu-1-config
